Home Work Out – Tyre Flipping

Today I was given a coach tyre (that weighs 56kg), so tomorrow morning I will be doing some tyre flipping workouts.

The ideal to to develop functional fitness and power for BJJ.

Here is a nice video from Deep Ellum Crossfit showing what they do wit their tyres

Next I am looking got some 50mm thick rope and a sledge – please let me know if you know where i can source them.
