This morning we did a test to see if we could achieve Crossfit Hertford benchmark of rowing 2000m in 7min. Andy and I complted the row in 7min 33secs, and Paul achieved it in 7min 14secs.
This was a good first attempt, so we know all understand what is involved in the test, next time we can pace our selfs better.

The aim with this is to get as many points as you can, ever rep is a point, as is every 10m rowed. The WOD is 3 rounds of – 3min Clean & Push Press, 10 sec rest, 2 min of pull ups, 10 sec rest & 1min row. We had a 2 min rest between rounds.
