This morning I recieved an email enquiry at the BJJ Gi Shop asking my thoughts on two products I sell. I answered the customer with a fairly long email and thought to myself – could i use this as a blog post? The answer was yes, as my thinking was:
- The content is useful to other
- The content is relevant
- The content has SEO value
- And it allows me to use Twitter, Facebook, and Google + to link to the blog post.
Tagging the blog post as FAQ also allows me to start to record these email enquiries into a comprhensive frequently asked questions (FAQ) list.
Efficient use of content where everyone wins.
